First phase: selection

Grain must be subjected to a narrow selection to discard the grain with impurities, damaged or dampened. This process is fundamental to the next steps.

Second phase: cleaning

The grain is cleaned in three steps: magnetic cleaning, cleaning with sieve and suction. These processes allow you to remove from metal elements to lighter ones such as dust.

Third phase: conditioning

Water is added to wheat and it is allowed to rest from 6 to 24 hours. This has two purposes: it allows a cleaner separation of the nutritional fabric and produces a higher quality flour

Fourth phase: milling

At this point, the process is divided into four stages: grinding, particle size separation, product purification and compression
